Our offices are equipped with cookie ovens and oodles of cookie dough. Our staff bakes fresh batches of cookies every morning (it smells so yummy), so you’ll have goodies when you visit. Our clients often request a special delivery of still-warm cookies and cold milk…and we deliver!

Free DVD Rentals
Our DVD Library may not quite rival some national chains…but we have new releases each week! Our office staff, field staff and clients are welcome to sign out a movie or two, keep it for up to a week, and then drop it off again just in time to pick out a new selection. Call our office for new release titles!

24 Hour On Call
Timing is everything! Once a moment is gone, you can't get it back. Our phones are staffed 24 hours a day with a real live person to ensure that you get the most personalized service! Imagine…a real live person in this age of voicemail!

Flat tire? Don’t worry. We’re there for you.

Free Roadside Assistance
At AMP, we know that life happens. We offer free Roadside Assistance to any employee encountering car trouble to or from work. We’ll arrange a tow and provide transportation. How cool is that?

Driver/Chauffeur Service
Sometimes, the car just won’t go. We hire Drivers to transport employees to their scheduled shifts.

Junior Staff
Junior Staff is open to all kids. As a member of Junior Staff, kids receive a free AMP name badge (just like Mom or Dad!). Their job is to help Mom or Dad by “working” in the Junior Staff “office” or just playing! At the end of each visit, they complete a “timecard” and get “paid” a gold coin. Once they collect 3 coins, they can “buy” a prize from the Treasure Chest. Bring the kids today because Junior Staff is always “hiring”!

Monthly Parties
AMP hosts a holiday or themed party for employees and clients each month in our offices. We decorate for the event, arrange a buffet of appetizers and desserts, and we always hold an exciting door prize drawing. Don’t work for us yet? You’re still invited…and bring your friends!

Healthcare Luncheons
We host an off-site Healthcare Luncheon at different, yet popular, restaurants or cafés throughout northeast Ohio every month.  The Luncheon is open to all field staff, potential employees, clients and healthcare professionals. Who said there’s no such thing as a free lunch?

Mobile Recruiter
Can’t make it to our offices because of your busy schedule? Our Mobile Recruiter travels throughout northeast Ohio to meet and orient new nursing employees. Equipped with laptops, they can perform on-the-spot orientations by wirelessly submitting a fingerprint check, saving even more of your precious time.

Light Bucksä
Light Bucksä are the official currency of good deeds now in circulation at AMP. Anyone can earn Light Bucksä by going “above and beyond” for the company. Collect your Light Bucksä and then spend them on items in our Light Bucksä Catalog. You can choose restaurant gift certificates, gas cards, massages, movie passes, uniforms, and weekend getaways (and much more)! Both clients and employees can nominate each other for Light Bucks.

Agency Awards Ceremony

Fashioned after the Hollywood Academy Awards, AMP hosted our first Agency Awards ceremony in 2006. After a brief recess while we opened the Cleveland office, we plan on continuing the tradition in the future. It was a magical night! As our employees, clients and public guests (dressed in their finery) exited the “limo”, they were greeted at the door by clamoring paparazzi (our teenage Junior Staff employees) begging for their autographs and photo opportunities. Everyone felt famous! Inside, our guests enjoyed a scrumptious buffet before the actual awards ceremony, where they nervously waited to see if their “nomination” for Employee of the Year or Client of the Year would win them the coveted star statue! The enchanted evening ended with dancing and promises aplenty to continue the tradition. Hope to see you there!
